1,146 km
Boundary Bend
1,240 km
Robinvale

Transport NSW buses run from Robinvale via the 725/726 Mildura / Cootamundra service (River Express) that passes through Balranald, Hay, Darlington Point, before leaving the river heading north to Griffith. Other services connect through to the other towns such as the 731/732 Wagga Wagga / Griffith route that passes through Narrandera, with alternative services likely best if going directly to Wagga Wagga or Gundagai.

Both Robinvale and Boundary Bend are on the Public Transport Victoria V/Line Melbourne / Mildura route that pass through Bendigo and Swan Hill. This can be used to connect to other services, such as the V/Line Adelaide to Sydney SpeedLink service at Swan Hill that also passes through Albury. Transport NSW services then link to Gundagai, though these may require an overnight stay.

Both the Gundagai River Camping & Caravan Park and Boundary Bend Caravan Park offer low priced car storage options if you are OK parking up uncovered.

If you have a drop-off at Gundagai / Jugiong via Albury, a left-field option is to park up at the Albury train station and catch the SpeedLink service back. This was how I tackled the parking logistics on my second trip.
